Todd Warfield

After graduating from cosmetology school, Todd was hired by Olive Benson to work in her salon in the South End area of Boston. During his ten years of employment at Olives, he learned that in doing hair, knowing all types and textures is key in achieving his personal goals as a stylist and educator. Additionally, Todd learned from many other trend setters and educators in the industry and fashioned his own ideas regarding merging healthy hair techniques with modern trends in hairstyling and coloring. One of the goals for MONICATODD SALON has been to connect all segments of the industry which would create a learning pool from which all industry professionals could draw. Continual education is the key to strengthening the image of all salon professionals thereby fostering greater trust from our clients.


Monica Landrum

After attending hair school, Monica got a job as an associate at an upscale salon on Newbury Street in Boston. While there she started building a foundation of professionalism that prepared her for her next position working under the direction of Olive Benson. Olive, a world renowned educator and platform artist, taught Monica the importance of working with all types and textures of hair. After 10 years of developing her technique, Monica co-founded MONICATODD Salon.
